Here is my new design. I used a 3mm thick zilver woven carbon plate 350mmx150mm
In the design I take out the t-bar principle like the Tamiya F103 in order 2 install Lipopack in the length for better weight distribution. The ESC en receiver on both sides.

R&M Customs Carbon Parts Introduction

We are Ronald and Maurice from R&M Custom Carbon Parts from Eindhoven city, The Netherlands.

We build, create and drive RC model cars for over a decade now. And decided to do something with it. What we found is that da use of real carbon fibre plates would make a huge difference in driving and building experience than half carbon parts you get from your local store or even Internet shops. These aftermarket products which are often described as full carbon fibre isn't always what you think u gettin.

So at first we started out with da brand new Spada '09 chassis, which is a nitro powered 12th scale 4wd drive with a body like the serpent 960 orso. What we have done is made a full carbon chassis plate and 2 parts which are bolted on the top of the front and rear suspension mounts. Not only did the weight decrease by a 3rd it also made da chassis much stiffer then before. Then we converted the nitro engine for a Electric engine. We used the LRP x12 6.5t which gives a lot off power to the four wheels. We haven't tested it yet with 7.4v lipo, it runs on 5cells GP 3600mah which will give it a topspeed of over 75km/h.

The second car is 8th scale Kyoscho inferno GT with the Aston Martin Lemans body. All the alu parts are now full carbon Fibre parts 3mm thick. We took of da nitro engine to fit a Speed Passion v10 5.5t electric engine with 14.8v lipo. We left the original brake intact so it wont have to stop on the engine. It now reaches topspeeds around 95+ km/h in less then 4 sec.


















all parts are now hand made but will be CNC cut for retail.
